Almost 40% of people over the age of 45 are suffering from these diseases and it would be 60% in the future and the people will be suffering from heart diseases, blindness and amputation . So the clinical care facilities must be improved to address the problem of diabetes among the various people.
  3. Coronary heart disease- NHNS has depicted that there would be unfavorable increase in the cardiovascular disease due to the recent increases in heart disease mortality among the people are therefore likely to continue unless prevention efforts are increased and it will influence the problems hypertension .high cholesterol levels , obesity.
  4. Tobacco. The use of tobacco products is increasing at tremendous rate in the young youths .in 1997it was 30% but in the future it would increase to 50% which will lead to heart diseases.

The survey results were published in two volumes in 2000. The first volume includes aspects from the diet and nutrition, which also includes information about the physical activity and physiological measurement, second volume includes the finding from oral health survey.

Many diet books and advices on the Internet are available and they may encourage the people as there is variety of food choices to become healthy. Fatloss4idiots Reviews

The Fatloss4idiots diet has become one of the most successful diets on the market today. There is no doubt that this diet has been used successfully by thousands of people all around the world. It is also clear from the countless reviews and feedbacks, that people lost a lot of weight with this diet, whether as little as 15 pounds or as much as 75 pounds or more.

However, as much as I appreciate this diet, there are some things I dislike about Fatloss4idiots. I wanted to share them with you.

Here are the things I dislike about Fatloss4idiots:

1. The name - Fatloss4idiots is a funny name, but I didn’t think it was funny when I saw it for the first time. It can even be insulting. Later, when I understood that the name signifies that this diet is so easy even an idiot can do it, my dislike for the name diminished. But I still think that they could’ve chosen another name.

2. The 9 pounds every 11 days fat loss promise - Fat Loss 4 Idiots promises that you will lose 9 pounds every 11 days of use. I don’t like this promise because every person is different and loses weight at a different pace. Sure, some people do lose 9 pounds every 11 days, others do even better. But most of the people lose an average of 6 pounds every 11 days. This is still a great weight loss rate, so I think Fatloss4idiots could’ve done without the 9 pounds promise.

3. Lack of support - The biggest downside to Fatloss4idiots is that you don’t have a support group with this diet. The reason is that it’s so easy to use that you don’t really need any support, but sometimes it’s nice to read someone else’s feedback and get some more explanation.

Now a pill to control hunger

LONDON: Scientists in Italy claim to have developed a pill that controls hunger for a few hours and may help overweight people in their battle against the bulge.

The tiny pill, which is yet to be named, is made from a hydrogel. It is powdery when dry but turns to a jelly-like ball in the stomach when swallowed, reported the online edition of BBC News.

Made from an organic compound called cellulose, it is easily flushed out by the body and can stop hunger for a few hours. It makes dieters feel full, said scientists at Italy’s National Research Council.

As part of the study, one of the researchers tried the pill at about 11 a.m. and was still feeling full at six in the evening, they said. The pill should be taken about 30 minutes to one hour before each meal. People could still eat a meal but would need only small portions. The pill passes through the digestive system within five to six hours.

The researchers have already tested it on 20 people. It is also being tested on 90 other overweight volunteers who will be monitored to see how much weight they lose and if there are any adverse effects. The results are expected in October this year.
